Producer Chris Salmeron Works With Mrs. Mandy of Starke Elite Cheerleading On Youth Routines

The abilities of Cheer Music & More were put to the test recently by coach of Starke Elite Cheerleading; Mandy Cornelius. Starke Elite (sister of team of Taylor Elite in Perry, Florida) is located in Starke, Florida as a part of USA Gymnastics and specializes in primarily youth gymnastics. In my humble opinion, this is one of the most admirable working parts in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading as a whole because it focuses almost exclusively on the character building portion of the sport whereby success is measured by teamwork and goal setting.


Needless to say the young owners of Starke were more than pleased with Salmeron’s audio work. For this session, the gymnastics expertise of Cheer Music & More was not deployed or called into action, but rather all specifications were outlined directly from music producer to the client (coach.) The future practice schedule is looking competitive and prosperous for the Elite. In the 2009-10 season 1, Starke Elite Starlights competed as a Youth Level 1 team and for season 2, they are building on that foundation by promoting Starlights to a Youth Level 2 (ages 8-11) and adding a Mini Level 1 team (age 5-8) to the program, the Starbrights.
